The challenges of tire labels mainly include adhesion, ‌ surface adaptability, ‌ durability and label location selection. 

During the process of tire label application, a range of technical challenges are commonly encountered, directly impacting the efficacy of the labels. Firstly, adhesion stands as a pivotal factor in tire label application, necessitating secure attachment to the tire surface even under conditions. Secondly, surface adaptability assumes significance due to the curved nature of tire surfaces; thus, tire sticker paper must exhibit adaptability and adherence to ensure uniform attachment. Durability is crucial for maintaining clear identification and effective information transmission over extended periods—a critical aspect for safe tire usage. Lastly, careful consideration in selecting label placement is essential as different positions may be influenced by varying patterns and curvatures, resulting in distinct adhesion effects.

Solving these challenges requires the use of special adhesives and labeling technologies to ensure that the label remains adhered and durable in various environments.
