80g metalized coated paper features 1. Metallic‑silver appearance with remarkable cost‑efficiency
It features a mirror‑like silver metallic effect, visually similar to metallized PET, yet with lower raw‑material cost. Ideal for tyre‑label projects with budget constraints.
2. Excellent printability
Coated‑paper substrate delivers good ink adhesion. Barcodes, texts and colorful graphics can be well reproduced. Compatible with UV, flexographic and high‑speed rotary printing.
3. Smooth die‑cutting and waste‑stripping performance
80gsm provides proper stiffness. It resists paper breaking during high‑speed die‑cutting and waste stripping for high‑efficiency mass production of tyre labels.
4. Good flexibility
The paper‑based substrate offers decent flexibility. It conforms to the curved surface of tyres and resists label curling under normal conditions.
5. Writable for manual marking
Markers can be used on the label surface to note batch information, which is difficult to achieve on metallized‑PET materials.
